Bu a\u00e7\u0131klama T\u00fcrk solunda muazzam bir heyecan yaratt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n, vaktiyle, \u201cK\u00fcrt sorununun bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc\u201d ad\u0131na ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u201cproje\u201dyi ilk alk\u0131\u015flayanlardan biri Ertu\u011frul K\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc idi. Bu zat \u201cbirinci \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcreci\u201d(!) d\u00f6neminde \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n a\u011fz\u0131yla ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen \u201c\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm projesi\u201dni g\u00f6r\u00fcr g\u00f6rmez \u201cm\u00fckemmel bir proje\u201d olarak nitelendirmi\u015f ve \u201cK\u00fcrt halk \u00f6nderi\u201dni yere g\u00f6\u011fe s\u0131\u011fd\u0131rmaz olmu\u015ftu. \u00d6calan da HDK\u2019n\u0131n partile\u015fme karar\u0131na onay verdi\u011fi 3 Ocak 2013 tarihli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesinde Ertu\u011frul\u2019un ismini zikretmi\u015f, \u201cErtu\u011frul biraz hantal kal\u0131yor\u2019\u2019 demi\u015fti. \u015eimdi ayn\u0131 zat yine ayn\u0131 heyecanla bir yaz\u0131 yay\u0131nlad\u0131. \u201c\u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n dedi\u011fi \u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla 29 Aral\u0131k 2024 tarihli yaz\u0131da a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki laflar \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00d6calan, anlat\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz bir dile b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcrmeksizin, yak\u0131nmaks\u0131z\u0131n, ma\u011fdur edebiyat\u0131na ba\u015fvurmaks\u0131z\u0131n ve muhataplar\u0131n\u0131 kendisinden daha y\u00fckse\u011fe yerle\u015ftirmeksizin, kar\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 yenmedi\u011fini ama onlar taraf\u0131ndan yenilmedi\u011fini bilen bir liderin vakar\u0131yla, yeni ko\u015fullarda b\u00fct\u00fcn taraflar\u0131n \u201cortak iyili\u011fi\u201d i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131lan kap\u0131dan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc riski alarak ge\u00e7me kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve cesaretiyle konu\u015farak anlat\u0131yor. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu cafcafl\u0131 s\u00f6zleri okuyunca akl\u0131ma a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki konu\u015fma geldi. Konu\u015fmay\u0131 aktaran ki\u015fi (t\u0131pk\u0131 Albert Einstein gibi Naziler taraf\u0131ndan Alman yurtta\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan ve \u0130svi\u00e7re vatanda\u015f\u0131 olan) anti-fa\u015fist bir gazeteci. 1930\u2019lu y\u0131llardan itibaren Balkanlar ve T\u00fcrkiye de dahil Ortado\u011fu \u00fclkelerinde gazetecilik yapan Wolfgang Bretholz (do\u011fumu: 8. August 1904 Br\u00fcnn, Avusturya-Macaristan; \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc: 31. August 1969 Lozan, \u0130svi\u00e7re) \u0130srail\u2019in kurulu\u015fundan sonra bu devletle Araplar aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan sava\u015f esnas\u0131nda ve sonras\u0131nda defalarca b\u00f6lgeye gider. O zaman\u0131n Arap siyasi liderleriyle bir \u00e7ok kez g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler yapar. Bunlardan biri \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c1948 yaz\u0131nda Filistin Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n sona ermesinden hemen sonra L\u00fcbnan Da\u011flar\u0131ndaki Aley\u2019de kendisini ziyaretimde, Arap Birli\u011fi\u2019nin o zamanki Genel Sekreteri Azzam Pa\u015fa, bana, \u00abBizim gizli bir silah\u0131m\u0131z var\u00bb dedi, \u00ab\u00f6yle gizli bir silah ki biz onu toplar ve makinal\u0131 t\u00fcfeklerden daha iyi kullan\u0131r\u0131z; bu gizli silah nedir dersen, &#8211; Zaman\u2019d\u0131r.\u00bb Ve, bana g\u00f6re sadece bir Arab\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6yleyebilece\u011fi, \u015fu s\u00f6zleri ilave etti: \u00abBiz siyonistlerle bar\u0131\u015f ba\u011f\u0131tlamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcrece, sava\u015f bitmez. Sava\u015f bitmedi\u011fi s\u00fcrece ne yenen vard\u0131r, ne yenilen. Onun da en iyi kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cgizli silah\u201d ZAMAN; fakat Azzam Pa\u015fa\u2019dan farkl\u0131 olarak o, sava\u015f\u0131 bitirmemek, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kimsenin ne yenen &#8211; ne yenilen olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir durumu s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek istemiyor. Bunda da pek \u00e7ok nedenle hakl\u0131, hepsini sayman\u0131n yeri buras\u0131 de\u011fil, fakat bir tanesi an\u0131lmaya de\u011fer: \u201c\u0130syan \u00f6nderi\u201d 25 y\u0131ld\u0131r inlerle \u2013 cinlerin T\u00fcrk zebaniler g\u00f6zetiminde top oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0131ss\u0131z bir adada esir, rehine ve T\u00fcrk entegre stratejisininin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc y\u00fcksek makamlar\u0131n istedikleri zaman tellerine dokunduklar\u0131, istedikleri zaman k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131na sokup yerine ast\u0131klar\u0131, ama epeyce hor kulland\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a a\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bir \u201censtr\u00fcman\u201d. Evet \u201cizin verildik\u00e7e\u201d Tanr\u0131sal vahiyler s\u00f6yledi\u011fi, bu vahiyleri \u201ctefsir\u201d eden herkesin her \u201cayet\u201dten binbir anlam \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011frudur. Ama Allah\u2019\u0131n bu m\u00fcbarek esire neden ba\u015fka t\u00fcr bir vahiy yollamay\u0131p, hep \u201cayn\u0131\u201d ilhamlar\u0131 s\u00f6yletti\u011fi bir \u201cs\u0131r\u201dd\u0131r. Bu s\u0131rra vak\u0131f olanlar ise \u201cemanet\u201de sad\u0131k salihlerden olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in bunu herkese a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131yorlar; ancak bize \u201cK\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi\u201dnin \u201cbir bildi\u011fi var\u201d sezintisini gayet edebi lisanla anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Tabii anlayan anl\u0131yor, anlamayan isterse anlamas\u0131n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gizli bir \u201cT\u00fcrk entegre stratejisi\u201dnin mevcut oldu\u011fu ve bunun bazen zikzakl\u0131, bazen helezonik, bazen ini\u015fli, bazen \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fl\u0131 tarzda uygulanmakta oldu\u011fu taa Turgut \u00d6zal devrinde belirginle\u015fmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Kozmik odalarda ya da \u201cdevletin ba\u015f\u0131 \u015fahs\u0131m\u201dlar\u0131n \u00e7ekmecelerinde \u201cTop Secret\u201d tutulan planlar\u0131, \u00e7izelgeleri, projeleri fani kullar\u0131n g\u00f6rmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil tabii. Ama olaylar\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n nas\u0131l bir strateji izledi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Ki\u015fi ger\u00e7eklik duygusunun tahrip edilmesine izin vermemi\u015fse, kendi kan\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131, hayal ve arzular\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fin yerine ikame etmemi\u015fse kaba hatlarla da olsa \u201c\u015feytan\u201d\u0131n izledi\u011fi yolu anlar. Fakat sadece g\u00f6zlem ve tahlille, sezgi ve tecr\u00fcbelerle de\u011fil; d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n zaman zaman dile d\u00f6kt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc niyetlerle ve istikrarl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi hareketlerle de bir kanaate eri\u015filebilir. D\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n s\u00f6ylemi \u00f6nemlidir. Neyi do\u011fru neyi sapt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 konu\u015ftu\u011fu, nede \u201csamimi\u201d nede \u201ckurnaz\u201d davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131 dikkatle irdelenmelidir. Ve asla unutmamak, asla uyutulmamak, asla olaylar\u0131n ba\u015fd\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc h\u0131z\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda as\u0131l olandan kopmamak gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaman\u0131n T\u00fcrk \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 Be\u015fir Atalay siyasi muar\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n yayl\u0131m ate\u015fleri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u201c\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcreci\u201dni savunmak ve bundan ku\u015fku duyanlar\u0131 teskin etmek i\u00e7in konu\u015furken bir \u201centegre strateji\u201d uygulad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve bu strateji \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u201cher enstr\u00fcman\u0131\u201d kulland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 a\u011fz\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u201c\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcreci\u201d denilen Alicengiz oyunu esnas\u0131nda Serok Apo da kendisinin bir \u201censtr\u00fcman d\u00fczeyine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u201d hususunda serzeni\u015fte bulunmu\u015ftu. Tabii Serok, \u201cayet\u201d gibi s\u00f6zleri asla bir ya da bir ka\u00e7 \u201cunsur\u201da sarf etmez, onun hikmetli s\u00f6zleri ilgili herkesedir; dolay\u0131s\u0131yla o, \u201c\u015funu da s\u00f6yler, bunu da s\u00f6yler\u201d, \u201c\u015funa da seslenir, buna da mesaj iletir\u201d. \u0130steyen istedi\u011fini anlar. Kimisi \u201cliderin vakar\u0131\u201d kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hayran kal\u0131r, kimisi \u201censtr\u00fcman\u0131n \u00e7ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 makam\u0131n\u201d ne anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131na bakar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bay Ertu\u011frul\u2019un \u00abanlat\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz bir dile b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcrmeksizin, yak\u0131nmaks\u0131z\u0131n, ma\u011fdur edebiyat\u0131na ba\u015fvurmaks\u0131z\u0131n ve muhataplar\u0131n\u0131 kendisinden daha y\u00fckse\u011fe yerle\u015ftirmeksizin \u2026 yeni ko\u015fullarda b\u00fct\u00fcn taraflar\u0131n \u201cortak iyili\u011fi\u201d i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131lan kap\u0131dan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc riski alarak ge\u00e7me kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve cesaretiyle konu\u015farak\u00bb anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia etti\u011fi \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n ne anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u015fka bir yaz\u0131da de\u011finmeden \u00f6nce bu zat\u0131n \u201c-meksizin -maks\u0131z\u0131n\u201d olumsuzluk ekleriyle g\u00fcya \u00f6verken asl\u0131nda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cK\u00fcrt halk \u00f6nderi\u201dnden duydu\u011fu memnuniyetin ve bu memnuniyetten peydahlanan methiyelerinin \u201cko\u015fulsuz\u201d olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u201centernasyonalist sorumluluktan\u201d ileri gelmedi\u011fi; bu pohpohlamalar\u0131n esasen egemen T\u00fcrk bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n biraz rafine bir ifadesi oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Apo ho\u015f konu\u015fuyor, g\u00fczel konu\u015fuyor, tam T\u00fcrk gibi konu\u015fuyor. Devlet istemiyor. Bayrak istemiyor. Pa\u00e7avray\u0131 ne yaps\u0131n. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, e\u015fitlik, adalet, karde\u015flik, ekolojik, zoolojik, botanik, seksolojik bar\u0131\u015f istiyor. Ertu\u011frul ne hisseder bu durumda? Bu \u201canlat\u0131\u201d i\u00e7erece\u011fi hadiselerin do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi \u201columsuz\u201ddur, a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131r, ac\u0131d\u0131r, serttir, ba\u011f\u0131r ba\u011f\u0131r \u201cyak\u0131nan\u201d bir destand\u0131r. Bunu anlatacak kimse ne kadar m\u00fclayim, ne kadar uysal olursa olsun, \u201canlat\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz bir dile b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcrmemezlik\u201d edemez. T\u00fcrk \u201chakikati\u201d sevmez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Burda bahsi ge\u00e7en \u201cT\u00fcrk\u201d\u00fcn en ba\u015fta \u201cegemen T\u00fcrk\u201d oldu\u011funu belirteyim. Tabii \u201cimam yellenirse\u201d cemaat ne yapmaz diye merak edene de cevap vermek laz\u0131m: \u201cHalk egemenin dinindendir\u201d [\u0130bni Haldun], egemen ne derse onu dinler, ne yaparsa onu yapar. Yani anahtar kelime \u201cegemen\u201ddir. \u0130\u015fte bu T\u00fcrk hakk\u0131nda iki farkl\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme: Birisi Falih R\u0131fk\u0131 Atay\u2019dan. Tal\u00e2t Bey, Me\u015frutiyetin bir\u00e7ok adamlar\u0131 gibi bir \u015farkl\u0131, \u00fcst\u00fcnde Tanzimat cil\u00e2s\u0131 bile olm\u0131yan bir \u015earkl\u0131 idi. Ankara&#8217;daki T\u00fcrk Milli Meclisinin ilk d\u00f6neminde Dersim milletvekili olarak bu mecliste yer alan Hasan Hayri, \u015eeyh Said isyan\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda Mustafa Kemal&#8217;in verdi\u011fi bir emir \u00fczerine, amcas\u0131n\u0131n o\u011flu Celal Mehmet ile birlikte tutuklanarak ikisi birden Elaz\u0131\u011f&#8217;da idam edilir.
